In the quiet just before and just after effort, an athlete steps off the world and enters her inner arena: where breath is the only sound, ritual is language, calm becomes power, and movement becomes a quiet conversation with herself.
ANATOMY of Movement
Synopsis:
What are the dynamics of the human body in motion ? Anatomy of Movement explores the tension, the fluidity, and the precision of the gesture. The focus is on the raw expression of movement: how muscles, joints, and posture reveal both the physical and emotional strength of the athlete.
